🌬️ Habagat Season
During the Habagat Season (June to mid-November), resorts along Boracay's western side may install mesh screens or windbreakers to protect guests and facilities from strong monsoon winds.
Because of this, sea-facing rooms may have partially obstructed views during this period.
🛗 No Elevator
The resort does not have elevators. Guests with physical limitations are recommended to request a ground-floor room, subject to availability.

• Room rates are quoted per room, per night.
• Rates include 12% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge.
• Contracted rates cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, including Senior Citizen or PWD discounts.
• Room availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
• The hotel/resort reserves the right to allocate rooms during Super Peak dates due to various reservation channels.
• Mandatory Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners may apply. Please inquire for applicable rates and details.
• A minimum 2-night stay is required during Super Peak season.
• Strictly no check-out on December 24 and December 31 during applicable Super Peak periods.
• Bank charges and credit card surcharges may apply.
• All incidental charges must be settled directly by the guest upon check-out.
• The hotel does not provide guaranteed room allocations prior to booking confirmation.
👥 Additional Guest Policy
The number of guests must match the number indicated on the accommodation voucher.
If additional or undeclared guests arrive at the resort, the hotel may refuse accommodation for those guests if the room cannot accommodate them.
If the room has sufficient capacity, an extra person charge may apply.
