Booking & Payment Policy

• Booking Deposit: PHP 75,000 per pax within 3 days of confirmation (non-refundable)

• Ticket Issuance: Finalized ~1 week before embarkation (subject to airline capacity & season)

• Overpayments: Converted into non-refundable travel fund credit note

Cancellation Policy

• Non-refundable & non-rebookable package

• No refunds for unused tours, hotels, flights, or services

• Cancellation fees:

  • 25% + forfeiture of deposit (90+ days before departure)

  • 50% + forfeiture of deposit (60–89 days before departure)

  • 100% forfeiture (within 45 days of departure)

Immigration & Visa Requirements

• Schengen Visa required (quotation available)

• Passengers denied immigration clearance at any port will forfeit the entire package cost
